The Portland Trail Blazers will appear on local television 76 times this season, equaling the franchise high the team recorded last year.
Each of the six games that won’t appear on either Comcast SportsNet or KGW will air nationally on TNT.
Fifty-five of the games will air on Comcast SportsNet while 21 will appear on KGW. The local NBC affiliate will also show the Oct. 8 preseason game versus the Golden State Warriors.
Another five games scheduled for ESPN telecasts will also be shown on either CSN or KGW.
The team said the KGW games will effectively air throughout the state.
Some 40 of the broadcasts will be shown in high-definition television, compared to 34 last year.
The team said Mike Barrett and Mike Rice will continue to serve as broadcasters. Barrett is in his ninth season with the team while analyst Rice is entering his 19th.
Sideline reporter Rebecca Haarlow, studio host Tony Luftman and studio analyst Michael Holton will also return, each for their second seasons.
The team will broadcast its radio games this year on KXTG 95.5 FM, the station known as “The Game.”
Brian Wheeler, in his 11th season with the team, and four-year veteran Antonio Harvey will be joined by sideline reporter Jay Allen. Allen will also host the radio pre- and post-game shows.
