If the Trail Blazers have any say in Tuesday's election, Barack Obama will be the next president of the United States.
In a poll of eligible voters on the team, Obama was a landslide victor, with only a few players considering John McCain. LaMarcus Aldridge declined to reveal his vote, saying "That's supposed to be sacred."
Brandon Roy, Steve Blake and Ike Diogu said they will not vote. Roy and Diogu said it is for personal reasons, and Blake said he has never voted, yet will support whomever wins.
Three Blazers are not eligible to vote -- Spaniards Sergio Rodriguez and Rudy Fernandez and Frenchman Nicolas Batum.
Coach Nate McMillan said he will vote for Obama.
"I just think it's time for a change,"
McMillan said. "We need something different. I think the country is suffering. I don't think we all feel very good about where we are. This is supposed to be the land of opportunity, and I don't know if we feel that way."
